Bombey silk yellow Raw 114 g 4 oz natural golden tone 22530

Quick Overview

Due to the large number of international orders shipped first class international taking longer than 4 weeks to arrive, we have discontinued using first class international for shipments other than North America.  First class international has no tracking and Pay pal requires us to use tracking to prove we have shipped .   International shipping is now International  express mail  only which incudes tracking and insurance . It arrives quickly and will satisfy pay pal requirements.

Bombey silk yellow

  •  this lot is 1 skein weight 114 grams   4 oz ( there are several different weights available so there are different listings )
  • 2 skeins in the picture the listing is for one at a time
  •  this is very fine loosly spun Bombey silk yellow  1 full skein uncut
  • This came to me fine loosly plyed yarn done on the charka
  • it is still in the sericin ( includes some cocoon bits) this blooms when degumbed so if it will be used to knit it should be plied before washing
  • I found this best for thrums yarn and embelishing if not plied
  •  I am making it available for blending, paper making or felting
  • this might also be interesting to weave then degumb
  • also avalable in several other put ups that have been degumbed

This can be spun as is or blended with your favorite fibers for spinning ,felting, paper craft, embelishing.or doll making.
