Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Paypal to the Paypal address provided. Please be sure that they have your correct contact information on your Paypal account.

If you use a different address at checkout, Paypal will still require us to ship to the address registered with them so please correct your Paypal account prior to checkout. Putting a different address on the web form does not remove Paypal's requirement that we ship to the address they consider correct.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy is important to us. We do not share any customer information.

Your shipping information and phone number will only be used to ship your order. Please contact us if you have a question about your order.

Payment & Pricing

Payment must clear prior to shipping. Occasionally, we post promotions on our Facebook page so please check us out on Facebook HERE.

Returns & Replacements

We will refund or exchange your item if it won't work for your project. Shipping cost, however, is at the customer's expense.

Please return your unwanted items within 2 weeks of the original arrival date to you. Feel free to contact us with your questions and/or concerns.

Ordering

Please allow 3-5 business days handling time for your order to be packaged and shipped. Mon – Friday orders paid by noon will ship within 48 hours, whenever possible. Holidays, weekends, as well as high shipping volume, will occasionally impact lead times, so we require some handling time allowance.

To avoid negatively impacting other customer orders or family time, we do not offer a rush order service. I chose dye and sewing because I can work at my own pace after 2 back and 1 hand operation. Please contact me regarding special requests to discuss options and admissible time lines.Thank you for your consideration.

Ordering Custom Work

Custom work needs preparation, as well as production time. There is a 6-8 week lead time for proper planning, dyeing, color approval, drying, and sewing . Please note that shipping time from customer is extra and not included in the estimated lead time for custom orders.

Custom dye is 10.00 per color for up to 8 oz. Custom sewing is at 10.00 per hour to be paid in advance. Labor costs are not refundable.
